What is the minimum investment?
From €250,000 for eligible properties such as converted commercial buildings. In central Athens and other high-demand areas the threshold is €800,000, and €400,000 elsewhere in Greece.
Do I need to live in Greece?
No. There is no minimum stay requirement to obtain or renew the Golden Visa.
Who can be included in my application?
Your spouse, your children under 21, and the parents of both spouses.
How long is the residence permit valid?
Five years, and it can be renewed for as long as you keep the property.
Can I rent out the property?
Yes. Long-term rental is allowed, so the property can generate income while you hold your residency.
